Parth Singh is an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, having been enrolled under the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana since June 2021. Recognized as the youngest Law Clerk - cum - Research Assistant in India at the age of 22, Parth has also served as a Judicial Law Researcher and held various positions at Partap Singh Law Chambers, including Principal Associate and Litigation Associate. Currently, Parth is Of Counsel at Node.Law, focusing on international legal frameworks and business compliance. Additionally, Parth is an active member of the High Court Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana and has experience as an Advocate in diverse litigation roles. Parth's educational background includes an upcoming Master of Laws from Columbia University, a Master of Business Law, a Master's in Criminal Law and Forensic Science, and a Bachelor of Arts and Laws degree from O.P. Jindal Global University.
