Vivek Narayan Sharma

Vivek Narayan Sharma has extensive experience in the legal field, serving as an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India since February 2011 and as Senior Legal Counsel for the Government of India since January 2019. Vivek also holds roles as a member of the Information Technology Committee for the Bar Council of Delhi since August 2021 and as Joint Secretary at the Supreme Court Advocates on Record Association. In addition, Vivek has been an Arguing Counsel at the Supreme Court since July 1999. Responsibilities include acting as Standing Counsel for the New Delhi Municipal Council, Senior Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh, and Standing and Arbitration Counsel for the National Highways Authority of India. As an author, Vivek published "Electionomics" through Thomson Reuters and contributes as a columnist for various publications, including the Times of India. Education includes obtaining the Advocate on Record designation from the Supreme Court of India in February 2011.
