David Sims

David Sims is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network management and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Network Division Manager at the Supreme Court of Virginia since January 2021, David previously held academic roles as a Cyber and Network Security Adjunct Faculty at ECPI University and worked in various technical positions, including MSC Engineer III at ePlus inc. and Lead Unified Communications TAC Engineer at SyCom Technologies. With a Master’s degree in Cyber Security from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Stratford University, David brings a strong educational background to their professional endeavors and has been actively involved in supporting and participating in educational initiatives.
