Saurov Ghosh

Saurov Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Saurov is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Supreme Industries Ltd since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Group Head Human Resources at National Stock Exchange of India Limited from 2017 to 2022, where they focused on shaping the organization culture and developing the People strategy. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Aditya Birla Group, specifically in the Textiles, Spinning, and Acrylic Fibre division. Before that, they held the position of Head & Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Training at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance from 2008 to 2014, where they were responsible for leading and driving the organization's people strategy. Saurov Ghosh also worked at YES BANK, HDFC Life, Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited, and CEAT Tyres Limited in various HR and managerial roles, showcasing their experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Saurov Ghosh began their education at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapeth, where they completed their secondary schooling from 1976 to 1980. Saurov then attended St. Xaviers High School from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained their Xth / Secondary degree.

In 1992, Saurov enrolled at JDC Bytco IMSR, Pune University, where they pursued a Masters in Personnel Management, specializing in Personnel Management & Human Resources. Saurov successfully completed this program in 1994.

During the same year, from 1992 to 1993, Saurov also attended NBT Law College, Pune University, where they earned a Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare, focusing on Labour Laws.

In terms of additional certifications, Saurov Ghosh obtained the CPBA (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst) - Style Analysis - DISC certification from CPBA in April 2007.
