John Anderson

John ANDERSON, Chief Operating Officer, Africa Division, is a Professional Civil Engineer with 26 years of experience in civil engineering design, construction supervision and management of multi-disciplinary engineering teams throughout Africa. In his role as COO, John is responsible for driving the financial, operational and people performance across Surbana Jurong and SMEC’s Africa Division. John has extensive experience in civil structures and is specialised in bridge design and construction. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Cape Town.
