Cyrille Joffre

Cyrille Joffre is an experienced telecommunications executive with a robust background in operational and technological leadership across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology and Information Officer at Sure/Sure Business since September 2013, Cyrille oversees the delivery of diverse telecommunication services across various territories, including mobile and broadband solutions. Previously, Cyrille held positions such as Acting Group CTIO at Batelco, driving network and IT investments, and Network CTO for the Monaco & Islands Region at Cable & Wireless Communications, where strategic technology roadmaps were developed. With earlier roles at Alcatel-Lucent and Nortel, including leadership in program management and business development, Cyrille's career is marked by a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction in the telecommunications sector. Cyrille's education includes a Senior Executive Programme at London Business School and a Master of Science in Electronic and Computer Science from Isep - École d'ingénieurs du numérique.
