Nick Odendahl is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations, currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Manager at DocuSign since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Customer Experience and Operations Lead at Paychex from March 2020 to September 2023, and served as a Customer Experience Program Manager at Anixter for a brief period in late 2019. Nick's earlier experience includes multiple roles at Intrado from March 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities spanned sales and customer experience project management, contributing to account activation, retention improvements, and sales growth initiatives. Nick began the career as an Account Executive, managing a substantial client base, and also worked in venue acquisition at EventUp. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained in 2011, and is a graduate of New Trier Township High School.
