Derek Goodwin

Derek Goodwin has a strong background in IT and technical support. Derek started their career in 2009 as a Tech Support Specialist at BHI Advanced internet and then moved on to work as a Network Engineering Technician at Open Systems International in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an IT Consultant at Universal Network Solutions, Inc (UNS). Derek then joined Coloplast in 2012 as an IT Support Technician. In 2014, they worked at Options Technology as part of the Technical Services team. Currently, Derek is working at Surescripts as an Associate Configuration Analyst, a position they have held since 2015.

Derek Goodwin's education history includes attending ITT Technical Institute from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate degree in Information Technology, Applied Science, and Computer Network Systems. After that, they pursued further education at ITT Technical Institute from 2010 to 2012, graduating with a degree in ISS-Information Systems Security, specializing in Information Security.
