Dustin Thrush has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and business solutions. Dustin began their career with Logistics Health Incorporated in 2008, where they worked as a Business Systems Analyst I/II. In this role, they trained emerging analysts and collaborated with different operational units to gather functional requirements and translate complex business requirements into technical strategies.
In 2012, Dustin became the Business Systems Analyst Supervisor at Logistics Health Incorporated. Dustin directed the overall operations, training, and management of the Business Analyst team while performing business analysis for enterprise procurement and strategic opportunities. Dustin also executed ROI analysis and portfolio planning for the entire organization.

Dustin implemented strategic initiatives for complex and innovative solutions, working with key business stakeholders and IT leadership. Dustin successfully defined and maximized a business growth strategy and participated in RFI responses and competitive proposals.
Dustin continued their journey at Optum, taking on the role of Senior Business Solutions Architect/Senior Product Owner from 2020 to 2023. In this position, they oversaw the development of technology solutions for Optum Serve and drove the strategy, vision, and execution of the enterprise telehealth service delivery integration product portfolio.
In 2023, Dustin will join Surescripts as a Senior Agile Product Owner.
Dustin Thrush has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Messiah University, which they obtained between 1994 and 1998. In 2003 and 2004, they attended the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, where they completed the Master Recording Program II Certificate in Audio Engineering.
In addition to their formal education, Dustin Thrush has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org. In February 2014, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification, also from Scrum.org. Furthermore, they hold an ITIL Foundation (ITIL(F)) certification from the International Institute for Learning. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from UnitedHealth Group, and they have completed Supervisory and Leadership Training through MRA - The Management Association.
