Ian Lamotte-Kerr

Ian LaMotte-Kerr has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and operations. Ian began their career at (mt) Media Temple in 2013 as a Senior CloudTech Engineer, where they provided solutions and hands-on fixes for customers in the hosting industry. Ian handled escalations and resolved complex issues until June 2018. From June 2018 to February 2021, Ian worked at Ultra Mobile, taking on multiple roles including Junior DevOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, and Site Reliability Engineer. Ian then joined DataRobot in February 2021 as a Platform Devops Engineer, and their tenure there ended in November 2022. Currently, they are employed at Surescripts as a System Engineer, starting in June 2022.

Ian LaMotte-Kerr pursued their education by attending Santa Monica College from the year 2015 to 2016. During this period, they focused on studying Engineering Physics and aimed to transfer their credits to an engineering program. Furthermore, in 2006 to 2007, they enrolled at the National Polytechnic College of Engineering and Oceaneering, where they specialized in Commercial Diving. In addition to their academic pursuits, Ian LaMotte-Kerr acquired the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in August 2017.
