Kelly Gallagher

Kelly Gallagher has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kelly currently works at Surescripts as the Vice President of Account Management & Customer Support, where they oversee the strategic aspect of customer relationships and strives to ensure a quality customer experience. Prior to this role, they worked at Express Scripts as the Senior Director in the Public Sector division, where they provided leadership to the account executive team and served as a thought leader for clients. Kelly also worked as a Senior Account Executive at Express Scripts, managing national account clients and surpassing sales goals. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Target as a Benefits Manager & Consultant, where they managed health and wellness benefits and led special projects, and as a Senior Plan Administrator, where they managed the Transplant Program and pharmacy benefits. Kelly began their career at HealthPartners as a Medical Policy Administrator, where they managed an Organ Transplant Centers of Excellence project and negotiated contract terms.
