Nora Leet

Nora Leet has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2014. Nora began their career at Medica as a Manager of Talent Acquisition from 2005 to 2007. Nora then moved on to Entrust, where they held two roles: Regional HR Manager - Asia Pacific from 2007 to 2010 and Senior HR Business Partner from 2010 to 2011. At Entrust, Nora provided strategic leadership for HR support in the Asia Pacific region and successfully launched globally-consistent HR intranet portals. In 2011, they joined Honeywell as a Senior HR Manager, where they collaborated with sales leaders and the compensation COE to harmonize sales incentive plans. Nora also researched the optimization of the long-term geographic footprint and talent plan for the engineering organization at Honeywell. Nora'smost recent role was at Surescripts, where they served as an HR Director from 2014 onwards. In this role, Nora oversaw corporate learning initiatives, led the administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys, and drafted strategic corporate action plans.

Nora Leet began their education by obtaining a diploma in general studies from The American School in Japan. Nora then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Anthropology and Political Science from Macalester College. Following that, Nora attended Columbia Business School to pursue an MBA with a specialization in Management and Marketing. Nora later enrolled at North Carolina State University, where they earned a Master of Education degree in Training and Development. Nora also obtained additional certifications in Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID from LinkedIn and Organization Design from LinkedIn. It is not specified when they obtained these certifications. Nora is also pursuing a certification in SHRM - SCP from SHRM, but the specific timeline for this certification is unknown.
