Patrick Elliott

Patrick Elliott has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on database administration. Patrick started their career as a Consultant at Maxim Group in 1998 and has since worked at various companies such as Allina, Best Buy, Lifetouch, and Carlson Companies in similar consultant roles. In 1999, they joined Talent Software Services as a Consultant, where they worked until 2010. In 2003, they became a Senior Database Administrator at Medtronic, where they deployed and administered Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control 10g and tuned FactoryWorks performance. Patrick then joined UnitedHealth Group in 2011 as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator, responsible for implementing solutions to administer, monitor, and configure the enterprise with Grid Control. Since 2013, they have been working at Surescripts LLC as a Senior Database Administrator.

Patrick Elliott obtained a High School Diploma from Worland Senior High in 1982. Patrick then attended Century College from 1982 to 1985, earning an AA degree in General Studies. From 1985 to 1989, they studied Computer Science at the University of Minnesota, although they did not obtain a specific degree. Finally, from 1989 to 1992, Patrick attended Metro State University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computers and Information Systems. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Certified Implementation Specialist certification from Oracle in October 2016.
