Andrew Robinson

Andrew Robinson is an experienced I.T professional with a comprehensive background in service desk operations and technical support. Currently serving as the I.T Service Desk Team Leader at Sureway Employment and Training since August 2022, Andrew has previously held roles such as Senior Service Desk Technician at Kinetix Networks and I.T Systems Officer at Sureway Employment and Training. Andrew's career began at Charles Sturt University, where duties included installing and configuring computers while providing ongoing support to staff. Andrew holds a degree in Structured Cabling from JB Hunter and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security at Charles Sturt University.
