Cole McGinley

Cole McGinley has over 8 years of professional experience in sales and account management. Cole began their career in 2010 as a Sales Manager for Harding Retail, where they managed $2M+ in retail inventory and captured weekly sales of $120K against a target of $80K on Baltic seasons Russian artifacts. In 2011, they became an Area Sales Manager for Island Companies Ltd., where they were designated Area Sales Manager during a 4-month period prior to company downsizing and produced $300K in sales within 8 months. From 2013 to 2017, Cole was a Regional Account Manager for Crossville Inc., where they sold porcelain, ceramic, and stone tile; stone and quartz slabs; and setting materials, delivering average annual sales of $1.8M (a YOY gain of 15% to 20%). Cole then became a Territory Manager for Marazzi Tile & American Olean at Marazzi USA from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Cole took on the role of Regional Account Manager for Surface Shields.

Cole McGinley attended Carl Sandburg High School from 1984 to 1988, and earned their High School Diploma. Cole also attended Moraine Valley Community College.
