Marta Szeflinska

Marta Szeflinska-McDowall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and partner acquisition across various regions, including Asia Pacific and North America. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager at Surfe since May 2022, Marta has been instrumental in the company's rapid growth to €1M ARR and successful €4M Seed Round. Previously, Marta held the position of Partner Acquisition Team Lead Manager at Meero from August 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included strategy development, international management, and onboarding processes in the APAC region, alongside collaborating with high-profile clients such as Airbnb and Uber Eats. Earlier roles include market research at D&Consultants and engineering internships focused on waste management and environmental protection. Marta holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology.
