Shihara Dilshan

Shihara Dilshan is an experienced Associate Technical Lead at Surge Global since July 2022, focusing on operational feasibility, software solution development, and user collaboration. Previously, Shihara served as a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack and Software Engineer - Full Stack at Surge Global, overseeing end-to-end development and contributing to team expansion through hiring and training. Prior to this, Shihara was a Software Engineer 2 at Arimac, representing the company in Dubai while working with the client Du mobile, and began the career as a Trainee Software Engineer at Omobio (Pvt) Ltd. Shihara holds a BSc(Hons) in Information Technology, Software Engineering from SLIIT, completed in January 2023, and attended Dharmaraja College in Kandy from 2014 to 2016.
