Kiran Gafa

Kiran Gafa is an Organizational Development Analyst Intern at AlixPartners since August 2022 and has been a Research Assistant at Wayne State University since August 2020, contributing to the WSU-GEARS initiative focused on advancing women in STEM. Kiran's previous roles include Project Analyst at Quick Release, Human Resources Assistant at Yapp USA Automotive Systems, Inc., and Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, where significant analytical and project coordination skills were applied. Kiran also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Wayne State University, teaching a large online introductory psychology lab, and was actively involved as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Behavioral and Biological Sciences from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, as well as a Master's and is pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Wayne State University.
