Alex M. Kis, CFA, is a founding partner at Blue Shield Partners, established in March 2022, where the firm focuses on providing premier fundraising services to assist emerging startups in securing necessary capital. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Corporate Finance at caresyntax and Vice President of Healthcare Investments at surgical.ai from 2019 to 2022. Additional experience encompasses positions at ING as an Associate in Healthcare, at Barclays Investment Bank within Healthcare Leveraged Finance, and at Hercules Capital, Inc. as an Analyst in Healthcare, as well as an Analyst in Special Situations Valuations at GMO. Alex is an MBA candidate at Yale School of Management and holds a degree from Northeastern University.
