Hilary Sondik

Hilary Sondik has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hilary is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Surgical Notes since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President Revenue Cycle Operations at R1 RCM from April 2021 to January 2023. Hilary also worked at St.Vincent Health as the Director Of Operations Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center & Graduate Medical Education from April 2017 to March 2019 and as the System Director Patient Access from March 2014 to April 2017. Before that, they worked at Eskenazi Health as the Director Patient Financial Services from August 2012 to March 2014. Hilary has also worked at Anna Jaques Hospital as the Director Patient Financial Services from October 2008 to August 2012 and as the Director Patient Access from February 2007 to September 2008. Additionally, they have worked at Summa Health System as the Director Patient Access, Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital from September 2004 to December 2006 and as a Senior Compliance Auditor from June 2002 to September 2004. Their early experience includes working as a Contract Specialist, Risk Management at Cuyahoga County Mental Health Board from September 2000 to May 2002.

Hilary Sondik completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Michigan State University in 1995. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
