Rick Corlett

Rick Corlett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer support within the medical simulation industry. Currently serving as a Senior QA Specialist at Surgical Science since January 2021, Rick works as a Release Manager, collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality products for robotic OEM clients. Prior to this role, positions held at Mimic Technologies Inc. included Senior Director of Customer Support and Production, where responsibilities encompassed data visualization, feature testing, and training, along with managing customer support teams. Rick has a strong background in product training for global distributors and has contributed to the installation and support of robotic simulation equipment, demonstrating expertise in both technical and customer-facing roles. Rick holds an educational background from Highline College, completing studies in December 2003.
