Lexie Hagel

Lexie Hagel has held various roles in the corporate world since 2011. Lexie began their career as a Senior Account Manager at DCI Group, where they were responsible for planning Congressional staff briefings and symposiums, managing a $60,000 annual event budget, and coordinating and supporting legislative initiatives for Fortune 15 companies. In 2014, they became a Site Manager at Synergy Fitness Group, where they managed three fitness centers, worked directly with corporate building and facilities management, and implemented an online POS and payroll system. In 2015, they joined Yodle as a Customer Success Consultant, where they were a team leader for a new customer facing team structure, monitored team metrics, piloted new systems integrations, mentored new team members, and developed SEO and SEM strategies. In 2016, they became a Manager at Rushline, an early stage communications platform startup, where they formulated brand identity, developed strategy, and executed message testing. In 2017, they joined Modern Climate as a Senior Digital Project Manager. Finally, in 2020, they became the Vice President of Operations at Surgio Health, where they had leadership responsibilities across various departments, including finance/operations, development, marketing, sales, and customer success. Lexie also presented to the Board of Directors to evaluate scaling and commercialization strategies, and created a comprehensive product development and marketing roadmap.

Lexie Hagel graduated from Boston College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Art History.
