Maria Jose Garrido

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Simultaneously, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer teaching courses on applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
