Paolo Tassinari

Paolo Tassinari currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Surgital since December 2022. Prior to this role, Paolo held the same position at Andriani S.p.A. from September 2019 to December 2022. Their earlier experience includes a tenure at Mercadona from April 2011 to August 2019 as Head of Purchasing in Italy, where significant contributions were made to the establishment and development of the Italian branch, focusing on procurement and food safety. Paolo also worked at PROFAND ZARAGOZA as Country Manager Italy from April 2008 to April 2011, overseeing the Italian seafood market, and at Granarolo spa as a Buyer from January 2002 to March 2008, managing purchasing processes and supplier relationships. The career began at Orogel as Assistant Plant Manager, where production planning was a key responsibility. Paolo holds a degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 1999.
