Meera Desai

Meera Desai currently serves as a Data Scientist at SurgoCap Partners since July 2023. Previously, Meera completed a Data Science Internship at Sequoia Capital in 2022, where responsibilities included performing due diligence on investments and identifying notable companies. An Investment Intern at ValueAct Capital in 2021 and an Investment Analyst Intern at Coatue Management in 2020, Meera also contributed as an Associate on the Marketing and Communications team for Stanford Women on Boards from 2020 to 2021, promoting representation of Stanford alumnae on boards. Other experiences include creating the initiative Awesome Math Girls to support girls in mathematics and engaging in research roles at Stanford University focusing on stock market dynamics and gender performance in math competitions. Meera holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Stanford University.
