Aybek Takabaev

Aybek Takabaev has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering and utilities sectors. Aybek most recently served as the Head of GPP and Process Systems Engineering Department at Surhan Gas Chemical Operating Company, where they managed engineering activities for the construction of a gas processing plant. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Process Engineer at ENTER Engineering, where they played a key role in the construction of a GTL plant. Aybek also held various positions at LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company LLC, including Utilities Superintendent and Utilities Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing utilities systems for a gas processing project. Earlier in their career, Aybek worked at Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex as a Lead Process Engineer and Shift Engineer. Aybek has a strong background in utilities systems and has experience in commissioning, operation, and maintenance.

Aybek Takabaev completed a Bachelor's Degree in Heat Power Engineering at Karshi State Engineering-Economics Institute (KEEI) in Karshi, Uzbekistan, from 1996 to 2000. Aybek then pursued a Master's Degree in Chemical technology processes and equipments at Tashkent Chemical Technological Institute in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from 2003 to 2005.
