Garrett Pence

Garrett Pence is a seasoned art professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Senior Art Director at Surreal Games since July 2023. Prior to this role, Garrett spent five years as a Senior Art Director at Niantic, Inc., following the acquisition of Seismic Games, where Garrett held the position of Art Director. Previous roles include Lead Artist at Grue Games, Senior Environment Artist at Activision, and Environment Artist at Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, among others. Garrett Pence holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts from the Art Institute of California Los Angeles, complemented by earlier education at California State University, Chico, and Orange Glen High School.
