David Miller

David Miller is the current Head of Governance & Discipline at Surrey FA. David has previous experience working with UEFA, Glasgow 2014 Limited, and UK Anti Doping. In their role as Testing Officer with UK Anti Doping, they were responsible for managing the testing programme for The FA, setting FA missions, and planning, delivering, and monitoring testing programmes against UKAD's Test Distribution Plan (TDP).

David Miller completed a Law and Business Joint Honours degree at Swansea University. David studied Law and Business Studies, and graduated with a 2:1 degree.

They are on a team with Andrew Dickinson - Head of Operations, Emma Barnes - Head of Football Development (Facilities & Investment Lead), and Josh Symmonds - Head of Marketing & Partnerships. David Miller reports to Sally Lockyer, CEO.
