Matt Palmer

Matt Palmer is a Research Scientist at Surrey NanoSystems Ltd, where Matt is part of the team behind the development of Vantablack and other super-black coatings. Prior to this, Matt gained experience in developing measurement methods for micro-fibrillated cellulose at the University of Bristol and Fiberlean. Matt also conducted research on the pharmaceutical value of compounds in Salix triandra at Rothamsted Research, using analytical techniques such as NMR and LC-MS. Matt holds a degree from the University of Bristol.
