Diane Lebel has extensive experience in procurement and purchasing management, having served in various roles at Surrey School District since January 1993, including Manager of Purchasing (Acting) and Assistant Manager of Purchasing. Diane led the district's procurement efforts, excluding construction and major renovations, and was responsible for the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures. Diane holds a Management Purchasing Specialization degree from Simon Fraser University and has obtained professional credentials through BCASBO. Additionally, Diane has experience as a Senior Buyer in the same district and is currently semi-retired.
