Tia Dawson

Tia Dawson is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and school administration. Currently serving as a Career Education Teacher and Special Education Teacher at Surrey Schools since July 2018, Tia has previously held roles in Langley School District #35, including Elementary School Principal and Kindergarten Teacher from January 2015 to June 2018. Tia's extensive experience in education began at Surrey School District, where Tia served as a Vice Principal and taught early primary students for over a decade. Tia holds a Master of Education in Diagnostic Instruction and Remediation from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts along with a Bachelor of Education from Simon Fraser University.
