Tracy Blagdon

Tracy Blagdon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tracy began their career at TD Bank in 1998, where they held various roles such as Internal Auditor, Conversion Leader, and Regional Trainer. At TD Bank, they conducted operational audits, managed change during a merger, implemented training programs, and oversaw system conversions.

After their time at TD Bank, Tracy joined Deloitte in 2004. During their tenure as a Manager, they worked on corporate responsibility and sustainability projects, provided consultation on climate change issues, and conducted audits and internal control projects for clients.

In 2010, Tracy joined Richmond School District No. 38 as the Manager of Energy and Sustainability. In this role, they co-developed the organization's Sustainability Action Plan, oversaw the implementation of sustainability initiatives, and achieved energy conservation objectives across the district's facilities.

Most recently, Tracy has been working at Surrey Schools (School District #36 Surrey) since 2014. Tracy started as the Manager of Energy and Sustainability and later transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management. Currently, they serve as the Director of Risk Management Services.
