Nikita Tripuraneni has extensive work experience in various roles within the scientific research and laboratory operations field. They started their career in 2007 as a Student Assistant and Research Assistant at the Science and math student services centre/EOP. In 2011, Nikita joined the Eli and Edythe Broad CIRM Center for Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Research at USC as a Student Researcher, where they developed a new model for bone repair in adult CD-1 Mouse. They also served as a Student Admin Assistant during this time. From 2013 to 2017, Nikita worked at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) as a Research Specialist/ Laboratory Manager, focusing on assessing renal function and conducting ELISA assays. Since 2017, they have been working at Surrozen, initially as a Research Associate and later as a Lab Operations Manager and now as a Senior Facilities and Lab Operations Manager. Overall, Nikita possesses a strong background in research and lab management, with a focus on stem cell research and regenerative medicine.
Nikita Tripuraneni earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology/Medical technology from California State University, Northridge, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Southern California from 2011 to 2013.
