Alex Deal

Alex Deal, CIA, CISA, is an experienced finance professional specializing in internal audit and accounting. Currently serving as an Internal Audit Associate at the State Universities Retirement System since March 2020, Alex previously held positions as an Internal Auditor for the Illinois State Treasurer and as a Staff Accountant at Sikich. Alex began the career with an internship in auditing. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting/Finance from Saint Louis University and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Springfield.
