Rebecca Lipton

Rebecca Lipton is a Data Scientist at SURVICE Engineering, contracted to support the Department of Defense Information Analysis Centers since July 2022. Prior experience includes a Machine Learning Internship at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Spring 2022, and a Data and API Integration Internship at NASA Glenn Research Center in Fall 2021. Rebecca served as a Freelance Consultant for Northwest Harvest, where data science initiatives informed organizational changes regarding food insecurity in Washington state. Additional roles include Data Team Supervisor and Student Caller at AU Phonathon, and a Federal Policy Intern at the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Science from American University, with concentrations in Justice, Law, and Criminology, as well as minors in Statistics and Computer Science.
