Colby Redfield

Colby Redfield currently holds multiple leadership roles in the medical field, serving as the Assistant Director at HCA Florida Capital Hospital and Medical Director for both HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital's Interfacility Transport and various emergency services, including the Lake City Fire Department and Century Ambulance. Redfield has extensive experience as a Medical Director across numerous organizations, including Jackson County Fire and Rescue, Madison County Fire and Rescue, and Survival Flight Inc. Completing an EMS Fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Redfield also holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and a BS in Exercise Science from Florida State University. Active in academia, Redfield contributes as Medical Director for Paramedic and EMT Programs at Tallahassee Community College.
