Ahmad Tawfik has a wealth of work experience. Ahmad began their career in 2008 as a Member for AIESEC. In 2010, they completed an internship at Pharco Corporation. In 2012, they began working as a Raw Materials Planner & Raw Material Purchasing for Borg Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics Industries, where they were responsible for planning and purchasing specialist (raw materials and packaging), sourcing and negotiating suppliers, and inspecting and testing materials samples. In 2014, they became a Petroleum Inspector for Core Laboratories. In 2015, they began working as a Key Accounts Brand Activation for JTI (Japan Tobacco International), where they were responsible for achieving sales, distribution, and trade marketing objectives by focusing on the right & high impact outlets within the designated area. In 2016, they became a Business Builder for Philip Morris International, where they were responsible for planning monthly priorities, strategies, smart investment, and coverage targets, analyzing the market, and developing alternative sales strategies. In 2018, they became a Supply Manager - Captain Marketing Manager for Careem. In 2019, they became a Country Operations Manager | Carriage Egypt for Delivery Hero, where they were responsible for launching the Egypt market, acting as an interim head of category management, directly managing 5 sub departments, planning strategic initiatives, introducing new verticals & categories, and providing due diligence on existing and new vendors. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder & COO and Operations Manager for SURVV. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Founder for Takery.

Ahmad Tawfik's education history includes a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2007 to 2012. Ahmad is currently attending The American University in Cairo and is studying Finance and Financial Management Services. Ahmad also holds certifications from the APICS Supply Chain Council for Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport for Premivera “Project Management”, and from the Inter-American Development Bank for Risk Management in Development Projects.
