Previously, Fernando was an Advogado at Quatro Marcos Ltda. from April 2012 to April 2018, managing civil and labor processes and leading the company's judicial recovery strategy. Fernando's legal career began with various internships at firms such as Demarest e Almeida Advogados and RONALDO MARTINS & Advogados, where foundational skills in legal processes and contract management were developed. Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Centro Universitário FIEO and a postgraduate degree in Family Law from Legale Educacional.
