Rhys Campbell

Rhys Campbell is a seasoned professional in behavioral insights and strategy, currently serving as the Research and Strategy Manager at the Susan McKinnon Foundation since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rhys held various positions within the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic), including Manager of the Behavioural Insights Unit and Principal Behavioural Insights Advisor from February 2021 to January 2024. Rhys has also worked as a Senior Advisor at The Behavioural Insights Team and as a Financial Strategy Advisor in the Department for Education, overseeing the Post-16 and technical education portfolio. Additionally, Rhys served as a Behavioural Science Advisory Panellist at Behaviour Change and worked in different capacities at the Department of Treasury and Finance, Victoria, including Senior Policy Analyst. Rhys holds an Executive MSc in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy from Monash University.
