Andy McDonald

Andy McDonald is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at SUSE since March 2021, Andy plays a pivotal role in one of Europe's most successful IPOs in recent years. Prior to this, Andy held the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary at Interserve and Premier Foods, overseeing significant legal and corporate responsibilities within multinational support services and food production sectors. Andy's legal career also includes roles as General Counsel at Uniq plc and Legal Counsel at Spirent Communications, complemented by foundational experience as a Corporate Lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Academic credentials include a Corporate Financing & Accounting degree from London Business School and an LLB from The University of Manchester.
