Non Tradition District Manager And Corporate Chef at sushi maki

Tim Chin serves as the Executive Sushi Chef at S3 Restaurant since July 2022 and has held a prominent role as the Non-Traditional District Manager and Corporate Chef at Sushi Maki since February 2017. Previously, Tim has extensive experience as a sushi chef at renowned establishments such as The Breakers Palm Beach, Hyatt Regency Pier 66, Nobu Restaurant, City Oyster and Sushi, and Coco Asian Bistro. Prior to these positions, Tim managed operations as General Manager at Panda Express, Inc., and worked as a sushi chef at Miyoko Sushi and Banzai Sushi, where Tim was the Executive Chef.
