Imad Ibrahim has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Operation Manager at Sushi Yama since October 2012. In this role, Imad oversees the operational management of 47 units across Sweden, collaborating closely with the COO and leading a team of Regional and District Managers to ensure high operational quality and a consistent guest experience. Previously, Imad held positions as a Regional Manager, responsible for operational efficiency across 12 restaurants in Stockholm, and as a District Manager, managing 5 restaurants in central Stockholm with a focus on cost optimization and service improvements. Imad also served as a Restaurant Manager at the Stockholm Central Station location, focused on daily operations and staff development. Prior to Sushi Yama, Imad was the Coffee Shop Manager at Coffee House by George from July 2010 to October 2012.
