Chef Marx

Chef Marx has a significant amount of experience in the culinary industry. CHEF started as a Head Chef at Sushiko in October 2004 and continued in this position without a specified end date. CHEF also worked as a Head Chef at Shogun Japanese Restaurant from May 2001 to June 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Head Chef at MIKATA JAPANESE STEAK HOUSE AND SUSHI BAR, INC. from September 2006 to December 2009.

Chef Marx attended MCS Marx Culinary School from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Diploma of Education in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.
