Fiona Richards

Fiona Richards is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Interim Head of Ops/COO at ClearBank since January 2024. In addition to this role, Fiona holds a voluntary position as the Honorary Treasurer and Chair of the Audit Committee for Sussex Cricket since April 2022, and has been a Trustee at Angelwish.org since November 2018. Fiona previously worked as the Global Chief Operating Officer at PrimaryBid from December 2022 to October 2023 and as Chief Operating Officer for the Discretionary & Stockbroking Services Division at St. James’s Place from August 2019 to September 2022. With over a decade of consulting experience across London and New York, Fiona has also held advisory roles at HSBC and UBS in investment banking, and served as a Manager at Accenture. Fiona holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School and a First Class LLB in Law from the University of Glasgow.
