Currently, they hold the position of Head of Climate Strategy & Partnerships at Sustainable Bitcoin Protocol (SBP), where they focus on leveraging the technology behind bitcoin to accelerate the clean energy transition and promote energy justice. Prior to this, Elliot served as an Energy, Carbon & Communities Advisor at ImpactNFT Alliance, where they worked on galvanizing web3 projects to support the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals using NFTs.

Elliot has also contributed to various organizations and initiatives in the field of climate change and sustainability. Elliot served as an Industry Associate at the UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies (CBT) and as a Climate Tech Fellow at On Deck. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Advisor at Carbonbase, providing expertise in climate-related issues.

In the past, Elliot had a role as the Director of Fundraising at Young African Business Booster (YABB), where they focused on raising funds to support Rwandan youth, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on food supply chains. From 2019 to 2020, Elliot pursued a Master's degree in Management Science with a focus on Global Affairs at Schwarzman Scholars. During the same period, they also studied for a Master's degree in Global Affairs with a specialization in International/Global Studies at Tsinghua University.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, Elliot attended Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York, where they completed their Bachelor's degree. Elliot'smajor was Political Science and Economics, with minors in Hebraic Studies and Environmental Studies. Elliot also simultaneously earned a Bachelor's degree from Hunter College in the same fields of study.

Before entering university, Elliot attended SAR High School from 2009 to 2013.
