Prior to their current role, James worked as a Consultant at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, Head of Construction, Power & Infrastructure at Aon Risk Solutions, and Regional Managing Director at Marsh Inc. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master's degree in Developmental Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
