Doina Rotaru

Doina Rotaru has a work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. From January 2016 to December 2016, they worked as a Data Analyst for Sustainalytics, where they played a key role in coordinating the GCCS data management process, leading the setup of a Quality Assurance process, and providing coaching and knowledge sharing within the Portfolio Analysis team. This was followed by a promotion to Associate Manager in January 2017, and later to Manager in January 2019. In these roles, they contributed to the successful transition of deliverables to the Data Services team and identified methods to improve work processes. From January 2022 to June 2022, they served as a Data Leader, and from July 2022 to the present, they are serving as the Data Director at Sustainalytics. Prior to joining Sustainalytics, Doina had an internship as an Intern at ANDES Pro Expertise, where they gained experience in accounting and financial analysis.

Doina Rotaru completed their education at various institutions. Doina obtained a Master of Technology - MTech degree in Business Informatics from the West University of Timisoara between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Finance and Banking from the same university from 2012 to 2015. Doina'shigh school education was completed at the National College of Trade of ASEM, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Accounting. Additionally, Doina Rotaru has obtained several certifications, including Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn and a Graduate Certificate in Psycho-Pedagogical Studies (Level I) from the West University of Timisoara. Other certifications include Coaching and Mentoring, ETA2U VBA Course, and Excel (MOS Expert) - Microsoft Office Specialist certification.
