Yumzhana Daneeva

Yumzhana Daneeva is a Climate Content Senior Analyst in Climate Solutions at Morningstar Sustainalytics, with previous experience as Head of ESG and Senior ESG Analyst in Investor Relations at POLYUS, focusing on ESG and sustainability performance in the gold-mining sector. At the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, Yumzhana managed climate and ESG projects, contributing expertise on international carbon regulation. Additionally, Yumzhana served as a Sustainability Expert at Horizon Corporate Finance and as a Consultant in Corporate Governance and Sustainability at PwC Russia, conducting audits and developing CSR strategies. Academically, Yumzhana holds a PhD in Economics and a Master's degree in International Finance from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, alongside other education in economics from Fudan University and the University of Münster.
