Karsh P. has work experience in various fields, starting with their current role as a Certification Data Officer for SustainCERT. Karsh is responsible for assessing and supporting Digital Monitoring, Reporting and Verification solutions for Land Use & Forestry projects. Additionally, they also worked as a Sales Assistant for Inditex, and as a Kitchen Staff for Peukie Beachclub. Karsh worked as a Junior Research Assistant at Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute-KNMI, where they worked on projects related to methane emission estimates from satellite observations. Karsh also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Technische Universiteit Delft and carried out surveying campaigns for Fernas Construction India Pvt Ltd and assisted with concrete quality testing for Gujarat International Finance Tec-City.

Karsh P. completed their secondary education at Hillwoods School in India. Karsh went on to pursue Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering at SRM University, graduating in 2015. In 2013, they participated in a student abroad program in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From 2015 to 2020, Karsh earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Earth Sciences from Delft University of Technology. Karsh has also obtained a certification in NCycleX: Nitrogen: A Global Challenge from edX in July 2021.
