Kamal Hakimzadeh

Kamal Hakimzadeh is a highly accomplished technology leader and researcher with extensive experience in cloud computing, software engineering, and data-intensive systems. As the CTO and Co-founder of SustainLab AB since March 2020, Kamal has been instrumental in driving innovation. Prior to this, Kamal served as an entrepreneur at Antler and conducted doctoral research at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, focusing on cloud computing and distributed systems. Additional roles include researcher positions at Nokia Bell Labs and RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, alongside previous engineering leadership at ITorbit Co. and development work at DP Co. Kamal holds a PhD in Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems, a Master’s in Software Engineering, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering.
